Seeking healing and change requires a lot of courage, but you do not have to face this alone. As your counselor and coach, I want to support you through life’s difficulties and empower you to risk trying something different to create the life you want.

We endure little and big traumas throughout our lives, sometimes when we are not even aware of it. I use a trauma lens and am trained in various trauma modalities. Brainspotting is the modality that is at the heart of my practice. It helps your body and brain let go of trauma and painful emotions more quickly than traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting creates the most change I have been privileged to witness in my clients.
